1. Who we are

2. Personal data we process

We process the personal data you give us yourself through the booking form on our website, namely:

• Name
• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• Preferred dates of stay

3. Purpose of the processing

We use your data solely to handle your booking request and to contact you about your stay.

4. Retention period

We do not keep your data any longer than is strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months; data relating to a booking is kept for as long as the law requires.

5. Sharing with third parties and processing

We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties, unless this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We rely on the following parties to run the website:

• Our web host. The website runs at ID22 Internetdiensten in Maurik, on servers in the Netherlands. The daily back-ups are stored there too.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To do so, please contact us at jan@kortmannlogies.nl; we reply within four weeks. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.

7. Cookies and statistics

This website places no tracking or marketing cookies. That is also why you will not see a cookie notice.

• Visitor statistics. We use Koko Analytics. It runs entirely on our own server, sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and shares nothing with third parties. All we see is how many people viewed which page.
• Fonts and icons are loaded from our own server. So no request goes to an external network such as Google Fonts, and your IP address is never shared with such a party.
• Video and map. The video (YouTube) and the map (Google Maps) load only when you click on them. Until you do, no data at all is sent to Google. Once you click, Google’s terms and cookies apply from that point on.
